Terms and Conditions for and popcorn /candy floss/crepe machine and chocolate fountain hire

A pro-forma invoice will be issued on initial booking enquiry requiring a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. The balance to be settled prior to the event by cheque or bank transfer two weeks before event day, or by cash on the day on arrival subject to agreement and prior to any work starting.If payment has not been met on the day of the Event, the event will be effectively canceled with loss of the deposit and further charges may be incurred if goods and services have been bought or hired in connection with your event

The initial 50% deposit is a non refundable deposit. (Subject to the time scale below)

Our quotes are valid for a period of fourteen days from date of printing. Inside outside cannot guarantee prices there after due to market prices constantly changing.

All  quotes are subject to a site survey, as until a survey has been carried out we will not know of the facilities available to us to facilitate your event.

Any cancellation must be made in writing either by email or by post.

Cancellations 2 month prior to event initial 50% of the deposit paid (you will receive 50% of your original deposit back)

Cancellations one month prior to the event 50% of event costs will be charged. (Effectively full loss of deposit)

Cancellations two weeks prior to event 75% of event costs are to be charged. (Further payment could be due from you if your final balance has not been paid)

Cancellations one week prior to event 100% of event costs are to be charged. (Further payment could be due from you if your final balance has not been paid)

Final numbers will be required no later than two weeks before the event at the very latest.

All events will be charged as per final numbers  as agreed , should numbers increase Inside outside must be contacted immediately where confirmation to increase will be given over the phone. A further charge to cover the increase may be payable.

Any increase in numbers two days prior to the event cannot be guaranteed due to preparation and supplier times.

The initial 50% deposit is acceptance of our conditions.

All charges are at discretion of Inside outside, and do not affect your statutory rights.

Inside outside offer a no obligation quote service and free site surveys (subject to distance of venue).

Inside outside accepts no responsibility or liability for non-fulfilment due to war, civil commotion, riot, adverse weather conditions, force majeure, fire, breakages, Government controls, priority regulations, scarcity of materials, labour difficulties, vehicle breakdown, road traffic accidents, Internet connection problems or any other conditions beyond the control of inside outside home maker services.
